We are seeking a dynamic and caring Principal Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone keen to take the next steps in their career.

At St Mark’s, our vision is to inspire success, as a community of faith and love, where high-quality relationships lead to high quality learning. We strive to ensure that our children experience success in a nurturing and inclusive environment and encourage them to have high hopes and ambitions for themselves and others. We believe that it is important to celebrate and demonstrate our school values within our school community in line with our Rights Respecting School ethos. We aim to guide and nurture our children so that they can grow into safe, caring, reflective, resilient, responsible and respectful young people.

As well as playing a key role in delivering learning and teaching across the school, candidates must have a clear understanding of closing the attainment gap.
