Job Overview

We are seeking a highly technical and business-savvy Product Manager to own and drive our Test Platforms, CI/CD data ecosystem, and BI Analytics platforms. This role operates at the intersection of engineering, data, and customer experience, requiring the ability to translate complex technical systems into scalable, business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and execution across test automation platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and BI/observability tools
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed product features
• Ensure efficient data ingestion, modeling, and consumption across platforms
• Drive deep understanding and utilization of the LUMI enterprise data warehouse
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Required Skills
• Test Automation Platforms: Selenium, JMeter, testing frameworks, SonarQube
• CI/CD pipelines and associated data ecosystems
• BI & Observability Platforms: ELK, Grafana, Power BI
• Enterprise Data Warehouse: LUMI
• Data ingestion, data modeling, and platform analytics

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product ownership of developer tooling or platform engineering products
• Ability to bridge technical complexity with business stakeholder communication

Phoenix, AZ — Hybrid schedule, 3 days per week onsite required.
