Job Description

L3 lead/manager - Santa Clara, CA

 It's a managerial role that will manage a team of 6 L1/ L2 support team members. 

 

· 2 years exp Move servers and switches to required destination for installation.

· Inspect servers and switches to make sure that they are not damaged in any way.

· Smoke test servers to ensure that server is functioning as intended.

· Install servers and switches and cable it according to provided wire map.

· Make sure that all cables ran are bundled neatly and in accordance with Client's standard.

· Double check with network admins to make sure everything is cabled correctly, and all connections are up.

· Install additional components needed (NIC, Drive, Memory)

· Assist in unboxing and prepping servers as needed

· Auditing of servers and consumables
