Oracle Developer – PL/SQL & Informatica

Introduction:

This role is for an Oracle Developer with expertise in PL/SQL and Informatica. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Oracle databases, writing complex PL/SQL queries, optimizing SQL queries, and developing ETL processes using Informatica. This position is based in Chicago, IL and requires 5 days onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle databases and applications
• Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries
• Design and develop ETL processes using Informatica
• Perform database design, indexing, partitioning, and data modeling
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries for performance tuning
• Work on shell scripting for automation

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5-10 years of Oracle development experience using PL/SQL
• 2-3 years of hands-on Informatica development experience
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Shell scripting skills
• Experience with query analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and large-scale data processing

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Python programming language
• Experience with disaster recovery processes
• Working knowledge of operational data stores
• Experience in audit-sensitive environments
