• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations (CONOPS) documents, and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications.
• Analyze system requirements and lead system design and development activities.
• Guide users in defining and refining requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies to support effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in the integration of requirements, system design, and emerging technologies.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations while ensuring alignment with established technical and operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through the assessment and preparation of Systems Engineering
• Management Plans (SEMPs), system integration plans, and test plans.
• Interface directly with the Government on Systems Engineering technical considerations, including associated problems, issues, and conflicts.
• Maintain ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with program personnel, Government stakeholders and overseers, and senior executives to communicate technical considerations, status, risks, and solutions.#MDFSP #AJCM #PeratonRoyalMove Qualifications
• Twenty (20) years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity, with demonstrated expertise in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution; in lieu of a degree, an additional five (5) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience may be substituted.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph.

Details Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
