Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Kofax TotalAgility / Imaging consultant to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise content management, document capture, workflow automation, and imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA), Kofax Capture, document imaging, OCR, workflow, and enterprise content management.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions using Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and related Kofax products.
Develop and maintain document capture, classification, extraction, imaging, and workflow processes.
Configure Kofax workflows, business rules, forms, queues, and document types based on business requirements.
Integrate Kofax solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other downstream systems.
Work with OCR, intelligent document processing (IDP), document classification, and data extraction technologies.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable imaging and workflow solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and database interfaces.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.
Support application deployments, upgrades, configuration changes, and environment migrations.
Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, infrastructure teams, and end users.
Create technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.
Participate in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and scalability of document processing workflows.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
Experience with Kofax Capture / Transformation / Imaging or related Kofax technologies.
Strong understanding of document management, document capture, OCR, classification, and workflow automation.
Experience developing and configuring enterprise workflows and business rules.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP/web services, XML, and JSON.
Experience with application integration and enterprise systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in enterprise production environments.
Good communication and documentation skills.
