The Role

  • Manage commercial lines renewal processes, including client data gathering, needs analysis, and solution delivery.
  • Identify coverage gaps, analyze claims, secure existing business, and drive sales of additional services and policies.
  • Cultivate strong client and carrier partner relationships through excellent customer service and timely communication.
  • Support client risk management needs through consultative discussions and customized strategies.
  • Mentor team members by delegating tasks, offering feedback, and encouraging professional development.
  • Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and uphold high service standards.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong desire to build relationships and achieve results.
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
