Tier 1 Security Analyst with Security Clearance

Description

On-site in Anaheim, CA Our client seeks a Tier 1 Security Analyst to support a 24x7 Security Operations Center. The mission is to monitor, alert, and investigate security events to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and events in real-time
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and threats
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security issues
• Document and report security findings and recommendations
• Participate in security audits and compliance reviews

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in security operations or related field
• Strong understanding of security protocols, tools, and technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
