The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly, or health and nursing care.
• Additional qualification as a Residential Area Manager.
• Confident and reliable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Excellent communication, dependability, and commitment.
