Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication throughout the repair process, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will handle scheduling, payment processing, and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and maintain positive rapport throughout the repair process.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate repair appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups efficiently.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to verify coverage, deductibles, and process claims.
  • Manage rental car arrangements, including scheduling and returns.
  • Process customer payments accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Update customers regularly on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain organized documentation and update relevant management systems.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive or collision repair industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including scheduling and claims management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
