Sales Person / Design Consultant for New and Remodel Pool & Spas

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Pool & Spa Design Consultant for new and remodel sales to join our team. This individual will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the process of designing and purchasing their pool. The ideal candidate is self-driven, personable, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

• ** Meet with prospective customers to assess their needs and present pool design options.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure projects meet client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Prior sales experience (construction, home improvement, or luxury products preferred).
Must have an HIS registration.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email).
Knowledge of Structure Studios and/or CanIBuild Drawing Programs
