Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
Strong track record of high performance and profitability
Expertise in structuring deals and securing financing
Knowledge of compliance, regulations, and dealership processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build trust and create long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

Key Responsibilities
Present and sell financing, insurance, and aftermarket products
Work directly with lenders to secure competitive financing options
Ensure all deals are structured properly and comply with legal requirements
Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
Deliver a seamless and professional experience for every customer
