The Role

• Attend pre-scheduled trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads.
• Engage potential customers through energetic and positive interactions, providing product demonstrations.
• Exceed lead generation targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
• Capture and submit event leads accurately for the sales team.
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

What You'll Need

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self-motivation with a passion for educating customers about product lines.
• High energy levels and the ability to stand for extended periods.
• A smartphone for timekeeping and lead submission.
