Job Description
About the Role
This is the first dedicated GTM hire at a Y Combinator-backed AI startup building agents that automate enterprise system implementations. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and work directly with the CEO, who currently carries all of sales alone. The opportunity is real: inbound is growing, two revenue motions are working, and the engineering team has started jumping on sales calls to keep up.
What You'll Do
Define the Ideal Customer Profile and build outbound sequences, targeting lists, and pipeline from scratch.
Set up and wire together the full GTM stack, including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
Do the ground-level work too: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, conference floors, whatever books the right meetings.
Run early-stage marketing efforts, including content, product launches, and nurturing an active open-source developer community.
Run your own discovery calls and product demos, with a clear path toward owning full-cycle deals as the motion matures.
What We're Looking For
2 or more years in a GTM role (SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering) at a startup or high-growth B2B company.
A pipeline you personally built, with quantifiable results to show for it.
Proven experience engaging technical buyers such as CTOs, engineering leads, or IT leadership.
Hands-on proficiency with GTM automation and CRM tools (for example: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or n8n).
Experience selling or marketing technical products such as enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERPs, CRMs, or data platforms is a strong plus.
Full fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
A track record of exceptional achievement in at least one area, whether professional, academic, or otherwise.
High ownership, scrappy execution mindset, and clear, direct communication.
