Job Description

Location: Concord, NH – Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Windows File Servers, SMB scanning, folders, shares, and security/permissions.
  • Hands-on Network Printing Administration, including printer deployment, removal, configuration, scanning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID administration experience.
  • Experience with DHCP/DNS, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Troubleshoot Help Desk escalations and provide Tier 2 support.
  • Experience managing secure access and enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements such as HIPAA, CJIS, PCI, FTI, and FERPA is a plus.
