SAP Program Lead
Introduction:
The SAP Program Lead is the key individual responsible for planning and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives within a business transformation initiative. This role involves managing leadership reporting, overseeing project governance, and driving execution across all project workstreams.
Responsibilities:
As the SAP Program Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing the overall PMO framework, meeting and reporting cadence, risk and issue management, administration of project controls, and maintaining velocity of project team activities.
- Managing project escalations, devising mitigations, and driving mitigation attainment.
- Structuring and leading team meetings, managing the master integrated project plan and associated artifacts.
- Managing leadership stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships across the client organization.
- Providing governance, oversight, and adherence to the agreed-upon strategy or playbook.
- Providing timely and accurate reports to leadership, proactively identifying risks and mitigations.
Requirements:
Required skills and qualifications for the SAP Program Lead role:
- At least 7-10 years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent preferred) with a Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or relevant fields.
- Expertise in Business Transformation Design, Program or Project Governance Definition, End-to-End Project Management, Project Mobilization, and Cutover Planning and Execution.
- Experience in Life Sciences industry business operations, regulatory compliance, project management, and budget control.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations, accounting standards, post-market vigilance practices, and enterprise data management.
- Proficiency in SDLC, SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, and other implementation methodologies.
Preferred skills for the SAP Program Lead role:
- Understanding of organization change management principles, enterprise and solution architecture, infrastructure, networking, and database operations.
- Experience in creating and managing integrated project plans, resource models, budget, RAID, leadership reporting packages, and system/process visualizations.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, resolve conflicts with diplomacy, and promote collaboration within teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
