The Purpose:

As the Senior Risk Reporting Analyst,you'llplay a key role in helping AP+ understand,monitorand manage risk across the organisation. Working within the Group Risk team,you'lldevelop meaningful reporting, dashboards and insights thatprovidea clear view of our risk profile, enabling informed decision-making across the business.

You'llcombine strong analytical capability with an eye for continuous improvement, ensuring our reporting processes, data quality and enterprise risk systemsremaineffective,reliableand fit for purpose. Partnering with stakeholders across AP+,you'llhelp transform complex risk information into practical insights that strengthen governance, support strategicobjectivesand contribute to a strong risk culture.

This is an 8 month fixed term contract position.

The core accountabilities of the role will include:
  • Develop andmaintainrisk reports, dashboards and metrics that providetimely,accurateand meaningful insights into AP+'s risk profile.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for AP+'s enterprise risk reporting tool, driving ongoing enhancements, systemimprovementsand data quality initiatives.
  • Analyse risk data toidentifyemerging trends, control effectiveness and areas requiring management attention.
  • Produce high-quality reporting and insights that support executive decision-making and organisational governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk and the wider business to ensure reporting meets organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously review and improve reporting processes,toolsand methodologies to increase efficiency,accuracyand value.
  • Support the maintenance of robust risk information,recordsand reporting standards across the organisation.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to enhance reporting capability and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience developing and delivering risk reporting, dashboards and management information within a risk,governanceor compliance environment.
  • Passion forcontinuous improvement andnew technologies(including AI)to improve reporting processes,toolsand methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data,identifytrends and communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with enterprise risk management systems or governance,riskand compliance (GRC) platforms, including supporting ongoing system enhancements and data quality.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producingaccurate, high-quality reporting andmaintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively across teams to support sound risk management and informed decision-making.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
