The Role • Organize and structure the daily hospital routine, ensuring smooth operations for patients and staff. • Engage in co-therapeutic discussions, building upon individual or group therapy sessions. • Provide crisis intervention, acting as a first point of contact in acute situations. • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, social skills, or skill-building. • Offer therapeutic support during meals for patients with eating disorders. • Participate in shift work to ensure continuous patient care and support. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an Erzieher (Educator) or Heilerziehungspfleger (Special Needs Educator). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics/psychiatry or residential group care (though not essential). • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the profession. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families. • A curious mindset with a keen interest in professional development.
