The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Utilize provided technology, including an iPad, for sales agreements and client management.
• Adhere to company values of safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation.
• Achieve sales goals through strategic planning and effective selling techniques.

What You'll Need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior sales or customer relationship management experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide licensing (company-sponsored).
• Willingness to work in various environments and conditions, including confined spaces.
