Workday Integration Consultant

Role: Workday Integration Consultant
Location: Oak Park Heights, MN (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions based on business requirements.
• Work with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday integration tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST, XML, XSLT, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and reporting solutions.
• Utilize Workday Report Writer, Advanced/Composite Reports, and RaaS as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures and production issues.
• Provide ongoing production support and maintenance for existing integrations.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
• Experience developing and supporting both inbound and outbound integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting.
• Advanced Report Writing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and EIB.
• Experience with Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with Core Connectors and/or RaaS is highly preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues.
• Experience supporting both project-based development and ongoing production maintenance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
