The Role

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest concerns and develop tailored pest management solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients by providing empathetic problem-solving and exceptional service.
• Utilize provided technology and sales tools to manage client information and close sales agreements.
• Recommend effective, innovative solutions that uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards for businesses.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent client engagement.

What You'll Need

• Sales or customer relationship management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to obtain any required pesticide licenses or certifications (company paid).
