Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to design, model, and optimize incentive and variable pay programs that support our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you'll lead analysis of sales, operations, and HR data to evaluate plan effectiveness, ensure alignment with business goals, and recommend data-driven improvements. You will develop financial models, payout calculators, and dashboards; prepare executive-ready presentations; and partner with HR, Finance, and line leaders. Responsibilities

  • Design and refine incentive and variable pay programs for manufacturing and corporate roles
  • Build financial models and payout scenarios to evaluate plan cost, risk, and impact
  • Analyze HR, sales, and operational data to assess incentive effectiveness and ROIDevelop dashboards and reports that clearly communicate performance and payout trends
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations with recommendations and analytics insights
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align incentives with strategy and KPIs
  • Ensure incentive plans are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Lead annual incentive planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
  • Continuously improve plan design based on performance data and stakeholder feedback
  • Support broader total rewards and talent initiatives as a subject-matter expert
