Job Summary
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer / Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agent solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agent development, conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, Python, evaluation frameworks, and AI observability.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI applications and intelligent agent workflows.
• Build conversational AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and technologies.
• Develop and integrate AI agents, preferably using Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop solutions using LangChain and related AI/LLM frameworks.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (Evals) to measure AI application quality, accuracy, and performance.
• Implement observability practices for AI applications and agent workflows.
• Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers where applicable.
• Work with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication and integration patterns.
• Develop reliable, maintainable, and well-tested Python applications.
• Create and maintain automated tests using PyTest.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, troubleshoot, and improve AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI / AI agents.
• Experience with Conversational AI.
• Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK) or comparable agent-development frameworks.
• Experience with LangChain.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with AI evaluation (Evals).
• Experience with AI application observability and monitoring.
• Familiarity with developing MCP servers.
• Understanding of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) concepts and integrations.
• Experience with PyTest and automated testing.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Neo4j or graph database technologies.
• Experience building production-grade agentic AI applications.
• Experience integrating multiple AI services, tools, and APIs.
• Experience with scalable and reliable AI application architectures.
