The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently manage store operations, product availability, and drive optimal sales performance.

• Oversee all sales floor and backroom activities in collaboration with the team.
• Manage incoming goods, product merchandising, and quality control, including checking expiry dates.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent professional experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and team spirit.

• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
