  • Support your Manager as a regular point of contact for clients, joining calls, providing updates and building strong day-to-day relationships.
  • Pull together regular performance reports, using data to explain what has happened and recommend clear next steps and opportunities across technical, content and digital PR.
  • Contribute ideas and analysis to the development of client strategies, building towards owning strategy for smaller accounts.
  • Work alongside colleagues in Paid Media, Creative and Data to make sure organic activity fits the wider digital marketing mix.
  • Help test new tools and suggest improvements to internal processes that make our organic delivery faster and more effective.
  • Flag opportunities within your accounts where additional organic work could add value, and share them with your Manager.
  • Keep up to date with the evolving search landscape, including AI developments, social search and algorithm updates, and share what you learn with the team.
  • Take ownership of your own growth, seeking feedback and learning from senior colleagues to build towards a Manager role.
  • Hands-on experience delivering SEO or organic activity, either agency-side or in-house, with examples of work that has driven results.
  • Ability to explain organic concepts clearly in writing and in conversation, to both colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines across several clients.
  • Comfortable working with data in tools such as GA4 and Search Console to understand performance and inform recommendations.
  • A genuine appetite to grow your skills, take on feedback and develop towards strategic and client-leading responsibilities.
  • Happy working in a fast-paced agency environment where priorities can shift based on data or client needs.
  • Experience working on projects that bring organic together with PPC, Creative or Product teams.
  • Exposure to technical SEO projects such as site migrations, international SEO or large-scale site audits.
