Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Experience: 12–15 years overall; 2–3+ years hands-on AI/GenAI

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions from discovery through production rollout
• Provide technical leadership across Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Demonstrate and drive adoption of AI-powered engineering tools (Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) across the SDLC
• Conduct onsite customer workshops, architecture discussions, and PoCs
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on Java, GenAI, and AI-assisted development
• Support modernization of legacy applications using cloud-native and AI-assisted approaches
• Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, and AI assets

• Enterprise Java: Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL Databases
• GenAI & Agentic AI: LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Function Calling
• AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen
• AI Dev Tools: Windsurf, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex
• Cloud & Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps

Preferred Skills

• Background as Senior Java Architect, Principal Engineer, or Enterprise Architect with AI experience
• LLMOps, AI Security, Responsible AI, Guardrails, and Observability
• Customer-facing, consultative, and innovation-driven mindset

Location & Work Model

Plano, TX — Hybrid (3 days onsite per week). Regular onsite interaction with customer teams is required.

Engagement Details

12-month contract engagement. Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders is essential.
