We're hiring on behalf of a well-established player in the food industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. This organization is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join their dynamic team in Ludwigshafen.

The Role

• Manufacturing customer samples, including beverages, syrups, and sweetener powders, according to precise recipes and quality standards.
• Conducting sensory and physical checks on self-produced product samples.
• Implementing internal and legal guidelines and policies through online training on hygiene, safety, food safety, and environmental protection.
• Gaining access to designated work areas for 'known consignors'.

What You'll Need

• A relevant educational background in the food industry, such as a qualification as a lab technician, food technology specialist, baker, confectioner, cook, or equivalent (e.g., CTA, BTA, PTA, MTA).
• Previous practical experience within the food industry is advantageous.
• Ability to pass a reliability check ('Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung') as per 'known consignor' regulations.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications is beneficial.
• Good command of written and spoken German; English language skills are a plus.
• Proactive, team-oriented, enthusiastic, and resilient with a high degree of reliability, conscientiousness, and diligence.
