Working across cloud, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, applications and service management, we deliver proactive, outcome-focused services that support the technology environments businesses depend on every day. Leveraging automation, AI-driven insights and deep technical expertise, we help clients improve reliability, optimise performance, reduce risk and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on workplace technology support for our Victorian operations and remote support nationally
• Provide executive support
• Level 2 EUC - endpoint lifecycle management
• Microsoft 365, Intune/Autopilot
• Onboarding/offboarding and meeting-room technology for NRI staff (including Planit)
• Assist and support NRI Holdings and potentially any future group companies that fall under BTE's scope of managed support.
