Test SME with Assembly Integration & Test Experience
ESS- Ground, Program Office This role is in the ESS-Ground program office. The role includes assisting in the development of test and evaluation (T&E) strategies for a space system ground segment software program. Work with ground segment integrated product teams will develop test strategies, support document development and execution, and monitor test activities for the ground segment. Must be able to lead/facilitate key T&E processes and meetings, including interactions with other segments and the Integrated Test Force.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD Test and Evaluation activities
• 7+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation on space systems
• 5+ years of experience working Test & Evaluation on software systems
• Experience working with programs to successfully enter and exit Assembly Integration and Test milestones
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment developing test strategies/plans/reports/briefings, participation in test execution, verification and/or analysis
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals • Ability to work collaboratively and independently demonstrating initiative to complete complex tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline • Optional but encouraged:
• 2+ years experience with a software program utilizing Agile methodologies
• 2+ years experience working with software factories and/or DecvSecOps pipelines
• 2+ years experience with military SATCOM systems
• Experience with planning, executing, and reporting on Lead Developmental Test Organization or Operational Test Authority (OTA) Organizations and related activities • Experience with Confluence or JIRA
• ITEA Certified Test and Evaluation Professional (CTEP) Certification or other T&E professional certification
• TS/SCI clearance
• Master's degree
