The Role • Oversee the comprehensive medical management of patients within the psychiatric institute outpatient department (PIA). • Manage daily operations, including patient flow and the development and optimization of the outpatient clinic. • Drive the continuous improvement of existing concepts to ensure high standards of care. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless clinic operations. What You'll Need • Board certification in Psychiatry. • Proficiency in using Outlook and Medico for efficient task management and communication. • A strong commitment to teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration. • Dedication to continuous professional development and learning.
