Job Description

MS Dynamics Senior Solution Architect
Remote
Seeking a Senior Solution Architect will lead the design, assessment, and delivery of enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center solutions. This client-facing role requires expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Contact Center, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure services, contact center technologies, integrations, data migration, security, analytics, and AI-powered customer service solutions. The architect will guide customers through discovery, solution design, implementation planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, current-state assessments, and fit-gap analyses.
  • Define future-state architectures, implementation roadmaps, and transformation strategies.
  • Present recommendations and architectural guidance to executive stakeholders.
  • Develop architecture documentation, solution designs, and governance standards.
  • Architect and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Center solutions.
  • Design omni channel customer engagement capabilities including voice, chat, SMS, email, and self-service.
  • Create scalable Dataverse, security, automation, and customer service process designs.
  • Define routing, telephony, IVR, workforce, and customer experience strategies.
  • Design AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI.
  • Lead integrations with enterprise systems, CCaaS platforms, ERP solutions, identity systems, and data platforms.
  • Develop data migration, reporting, analytics, and customer 360 strategies.
  • Ensure security, compliance, governance, resiliency, and business continuity requirements are met.
  • Provide architectural leadership across CRM, contact center, AI, data, integration, and security workstreams.
  • Mentor technical teams and participate in architecture governance.
  • Support testing, cut over planning, go-live activities, and production stabilization.
  • Assist with presales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
