Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of Baccarat North America's commercial and brand marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Retail, Wholesale and other revenue-driving channels. Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, this position coordinates marketing programs across Baccarat's commercial network, helping ensure that campaigns, events, advertising, CRM initiatives and local activations are executed seamlessly and on time.
The Coordinator will work closely with Baccarat boutiques, Wholesale partners and cross-functional teams, while also supporting the Sr. Director / Head of Marketing on select brand, communications, PR and media initiatives. This is a highly collaborative and execution-oriented role requiring exceptional organization, strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Marketing & Retail/Wholesale Support
· Support the Commercial Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives across Baccarat's Retail, Wholesale and other commercial channels.
· Serve as a day-to-day marketing contact for boutiques, Retail teams, Wholesale teams and other commercial stakeholders, coordinating requests, deliverables, timelines and follow-up.
· Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, local marketing programs and commercial activations, ensuring stakeholders have the appropriate assets, information and materials for execution.
· Develop and maintain project timelines, trackers, calendars and other tools to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.
· Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, invitations, signage, product information, client-facing materials and other commercial assets.
· Support communication with shopping centers, department stores, independent retailers and other commercial partners as needed.
Events & Activations
· Coordinate logistics for retail, wholesale, client and brand events, including venues, vendors, catering, product, collateral, invitations, transportation and on-site requirements.
· Liaise with internal teams including Retail, Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Logistics, Finance and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
· Manage event timelines and checklists and support post-event follow-up and reporting.
· Provide on-site support for events and activations as required, including occasional evenings, weekends and travel.
Advertising & Media Coordination
· Coordinate advertising placements with media partners, publishers and vendors, including asset collection, specifications, deadlines, approvals and delivery.
· Maintain advertising and media calendars and ensure all materials are delivered accurately and on time.
· Support the Sr. Director of Marketing and Commercial Marketing Manager with the execution of local and national media partnerships.
· Coordinate with internal creative/VM resources and external partners on the development and adaptation of advertising assets.
PR & Communications
· Serve as a day-to-day coordination point with Baccarat's external PR agency, supporting information requests, product needs, asset delivery, approvals and ongoing communications.
· Coordinate product loans, samples, gifting and other PR-related logistics, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
· Support press initiatives, launches and media opportunities under the direction of the Sr.
Director of Marketing.
· Maintain organized marketing, communications and PR assets and documentation.
· Assist with drafting and proofreading marketing communications, presentations, product materials and other content while maintaining Baccarat's brand voice and standards.
CRM & Client Communications
· Support the planning and execution of Baccarat's U.S. newsletter and CRM calendar in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Manager and relevant internal teams.
· Coordinate assets, product selections, links, copy, approvals and deployment requirements for email campaigns.
· Assist with campaign reporting and maintain performance trackers for key metrics including engagement, click-through and revenue.
· Support retail and wholesale client communications and other targeted commercial outreach as needed.
Brand Marketing Support
· Support the Head of Marketing on select brand campaigns, partnerships, collaborations and special projects.
· Assist with development and coordination of presentations, briefs, competitive research and marketing materials.
· Help ensure local execution of global brand initiatives is consistent with Baccarat's positioning, visual identity and standards.
· Support cross-functional coordination with Global/HQ teams as needed.
· Conduct competitive and market research and share relevant trends, activations and best practices with the Marketing team.
Key Internal & External Stakeholders
Internal: Commercial Marketing Manager, Sr. Director of Marketing, Retail & Boutique Teams, Wholesale, eCommerce, Visual Merchandising & Creative, Logistics/Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Global Marketing/Communications teams.
External: PR agency, media and publishing partners, event vendors and production partners, shopping centers and retail partners, Wholesale accounts, brand and activation partners.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
· 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, events, retail marketing or a related discipline.
· Experience within luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, hospitality, design or lifestyle preferred.
· Previous experience working with agencies, media partners, retailers or external vendors strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
· Experience supporting events and activations from planning through execution.
· Familiarity with CRM/email marketing platforms and digital marketing principles preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook; Salesforce and Adobe Suite experience a plus.
· Availability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events and activations.
