We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That’s why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Your Role

We’re hiring Information Security Analysts to join our team, blending traditional security analysis with AI-driven workflows to protect Hudl's global operations. In this role, you’ll design agentic workflows, tune detection engines and lead active response efforts to handle security threats directed against Hudl.

As an Information Security Analyst, you’ll:

  • Orchestrate AI and build prompts. You'll develop high-performing prompts and design multi-step agentic workflows that ingest, enrich and correlate security data. You’ll continuously tune agent behaviors to keep outputs accurate, consistent and practical.
  • Investigate and respond to threats. You’ll maintain prompt libraries for playbooks, generate clear incident summaries and guide containment efforts. As a core member of our 24/7/365 on-call and incident response team, you’ll own security issues through resolution.
  • Automate detections and prioritize vulnerabilities. You'll optimize phishing engines, refine EDR logic to reduce noise and use agentic workflows to analyze and prioritize vulnerability exposures.
  • Track metrics and partner across teams. You’ll track key performance indicators and risk metrics for senior leadership while partnering with Security Engineering to plug visibility gaps.

Location

Time spent collaborating with other Hudlies in-office will be a regular part of how you work. We’re currently prioritizing applicants within commuting distance of Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. You’ll be expected to work more days in-office than remote, but will have the freedom to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team.

Must-Haves

  • Experienced. You have 2–3 years of relevant information security experience, including exposure to modern programming languages and DevOps building blocks.
  • Versed in security frameworks. You have a strong understanding of OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
  • A strong communicator. You can distill complex incidents into clear, actionable documentation and present findings confidently to leadership.
  • A team player. You handle multiple projects with ease, jump in during incidents, and care about keeping Hudlies and our products safe.
  • Organized multitasker. You can prioritize your workload and manage multiple security projects at the same time.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Certified. You hold one or more security or privacy certifications (such as SC2, SANS or AWS).
  • Tech and cloud savvy. You have familiarity with modern programming languages, DevOps building blocks and hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore, Security Logging or Lambda.
  • Tooling experience. You have experience working with CSPM and vulnerability management tools.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
