Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Henrico, VA
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: $40/Hr on w2 wob.
Job Description:
· Design and develop Low Voltage Switchgear and related mechanical components.
· Perform sheet metal and copper component design.
· Design support structures for electrical power distribution equipment.
· Develop designs for Tap-Off Units, PDU, RPP, and Main Switch Boards.
· Ensure designs meet UL 891 standards.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· 4–8 years of experience in Low Voltage Switchgear and sheet metal design.
· Experience with Low Voltage Switchgear and manufacturing processes.
