The Role

• Represent a premium window and door brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with potential customers, generate interest in high-quality building solutions, and build rapport.
• Schedule qualified leads for in-home consultations with the sales team by converting conversations into appointments.
• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays.
• Cover retail and event locations in Easton, Columbus, and NW Columbus.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations and events.
• Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
