Description

A large public-sector retirement organization is undertaking a multi-year modernization initiative to replace legacy systems and build a cloud-hosted pension administration platform.

The initiative integrates the new platform with member and employer portals using modern technologies such as Angular, REST APIs, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Power BI.

The goal is to improve scalability, security, operational efficiency, user experience, and resilience while reducing manual processes, technical debt, and maintenance costs.

Required Skills

• Experience in business analysis, process documentation, or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to create clear process diagrams and workflow documentation
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work-item management tools
• Hands-on experience with functional testing and UAT coordination
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
