Job Title : Early Careers Manager (12-month FTC)
Location : London.
Working Arrangement : Four days a week in the London office.

Join a dynamic, global firm and play a key role in shaping our future talent. Lead the Firm’s UK early careers recruitment and development programmes, including trainee recruitment, vacation schemes, attraction and selection activities, while championing our brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the UK early careers strategy in line with the Firm’s wider talent goals.
- Line manage the Early Careers Recruitment Assistant, supporting performance and development.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast trainee and apprentice hiring needs.
- Oversee trainee appraisal, development and mentoring programmes, including seat reviews and appraisals.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student societies and early careers organisations.
- Manage the end-to-end Trainee Solicitor recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
- Manage trainee seat rotations and qualification processes, providing guidance to trainees, Partners and key stakeholders.
- Provide pastoral support to trainees, working closely with HR as needed.
- Oversee the Firm’s Scholarship programme.
About You:
- 8+ years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm;
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Commitment to inclusion in all aspects of recruitment and development;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
