Position Overview:
The Application Support Technical Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family

Qualifications:
•    8+ years’ experience project management experience within an application support environment
•    Track record for managing large scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodology
•    Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or similar project management tools
•    In depth technical understanding of software components such as Microservices, API, Rest/SOAP, On Prem/Cloud, etc.
•    Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills
•    Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
•    Capacity to influence decision-making and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder needs with project objectives.
•    Ability to use AI for day-to-day program management work.
•    PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus
