The Role
This is a senior leadership position responsible for setting strategic direction across client engagements, shaping how finance organizations use Anaplan to improve financial performance and decision-making. You will operate at the executive level, driving both client outcomes and business development for the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of financial performance management frameworks
- Direct analysis of financial data to build KPIs and performance metrics that drive operational efficiency
- Design and execute budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned to client strategic objectives
- Oversee integration of financial management software across client engagements
- Advise clients at the executive level on cost reduction and financial forecasting strategy
- Identify and lead process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
- Present complex financial data through data visualization tools for executive audiences
- Build and lead high-performing teams, mentoring senior staff and future practice leaders
- Own executive-level client relationships and drive business development within the practice
- Bring innovative, technology-forward solutions to FP&A engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Anaplan experience
