Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM architecture, business analysis, consulting, and enterprise technology solutions.

This position will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, project managers, and client organizations to translate business requirements into scalable and effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership for CRM development and implementation initiatives.
Design scalable CRM architectures, integrations, workflows, and data models.
Work with stakeholders to identify business processes and recommend technology solutions.
Lead or support CRM customization, configuration, development, and integration activities.
Provide technical guidance to developers, consultants, business analysts, and project teams.
Support solution planning, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with public-sector and enterprise clients to understand business and technology needs.
Evaluate existing CRM environments and identify opportunities for modernization and process improvement.
Participate in solution proposals, technical discussions, demonstrations, and client presentations.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, performance, and maintainability standards.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in CRM, enterprise application development, consulting, or related technology roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM
Experience in CRM solution architecture and enterprise application design.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes, workflows, data models, and integrations.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S. government or public-sector clients.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
Experience with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
Experience with system integration, APIs, data migration, and enterprise application modernization.

Previous experience in consulting or technology practice leadership.
