- Requires expert knowledge of telecom/network concepts and the 7-layer OSI model.
- Knowledge of basic telecom/network management and monitoring tools.
- A basic understanding of desktop and server operating systems is desirable.
- Must work with minimum direction and effectively within a team environment.
- Must be customer-focused and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with personnel at various levels within and outside the institution.
- Good organizational and time management skills are required to handle the workload and track simultaneous projects.
- Solid analytical skills are also necessary.
