Job Description

Redwood is thrilled to be partnering with an international scientific media publishing company that empowers continuous learning for cardiovascular healthcare professionals through high-quality educational content.

We’re looking for a non-technical Associate Project Manager (Events) to support the delivery and publication of virtual and on-site medical education programmes. You’ll join a dynamic project team, helping take projects from in-session development through to publication—supporting webinars, virtual events, on-demand learning, and some on-site events.

Hybrid working is available with 1 or 2 days per week in their Buckinghamshire offices, offering the perfect step-up for someone early in their project management career who’s ready to take greater ownership of client delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Support delivery of cardiovascular education projects (scope, budget, timelines)
  • Help coordinate the creation of educational content with leading physicians (e.g., interviews, webinars, symposia, roundtables)
  • Manage stakeholders internally and externally (account managers, medical writers, marketing, education & digital teams)
  • Maintain clear client communication and ensure delivery aligns with project plans and procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 2 years’ experience as an Events Coordinator / Associate ProjectManager / Events professional
  • Ideally some experience within medical communications, events, publishing, or an agency environment
  • Strong project management skills and confidence juggling multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and deadline-focused delivery
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent - (science degree desirable but not essential)

If you’re motivated, organised, and ready to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-evolving business with strong benefits and real progression.
