Description
The HR Operations Team Manager will:
- Manage the daily operations of the HR Operations team to ensure smooth HR processes.
- Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and process improvements.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in HR practices.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Profile
A successful HR Operations Team Manager should have:
- Experience in HR operation and administration, with an ability to provide examples of process improvement within these roles.
- A strong understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from 45,000 to 48,000, dependent on the level of experience.
