This Digital Project Manager role focuses on leading the successful execution of multiple concurrent digital marketing and web development initiatives for major consumer brands. The ideal candidate brings strong digital agency experience, excellent client-facing communication skills, and demonstrated ownership of project scoping, estimates, change requests, resource coordination, and delivery.

You will manage projects ranging from campaign websites and landing pages to product detail pages, content platforms, website updates, and major digital launches. Success requires balancing competing priorities, proactively managing client expectations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality work under demanding timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of multiple concurrent digital projects, including campaign microsites, landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), content hubs, platform migrations, and ongoing website support.
  • Translate client briefs, estimates, and statements of work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, epics, tickets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop project estimates, manage scope and budgets, identify out-of-scope requests, and coordinate change requests and change orders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating project updates, managing expectations, communicating risks, and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning UX, creative design, development, content, strategy, quality assurance (QA), and external agency or vendor partners.
  • Manage multiple fast-moving workstreams, prioritizing urgent requests without disrupting larger initiatives and committed delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers, status reports, meeting documentation, and delivery forecasts using established project management platforms.
  • Track team capacity, contractor availability, PTO, project dependencies, and resource constraints, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts and staffing needs.
  • Coordinate internal acceptance testing (IAT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect triage, and launch readiness activities.
  • Support code-freeze windows, phased releases, production deployments, and post-launch issue resolution in collaboration with development teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage creative, content, and campaign approval processes involving brand standards, legal review, copyright, AI-generated content, privacy requirements, consent tracking, and external partners.
  • Coordinate technical and platform issue resolution with developers, client IT teams, and technology vendors.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure clear communication across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, reporting practices, sprint planning, ticket management, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Adapt project management workflows as new AI-assisted productivity and collaboration tools are introduced.

Required Skills:

  • 3 5+ years of digital project management experience, including experience within a digital marketing or creative agency delivering websites, landing pages, digital campaigns, and related initiatives for enterprise-scale clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own client-facing digital projects and manage delivery from initial scoping through completion.
  • Strong experience developing estimates, managing statements of work (SOWs), controlling project scope, identifying out-of-scope requests, and coordinating change requests or change orders.
  • Proven ability to manage numerous concurrent digital projects, prioritize competing deadlines, resolve scheduling conflicts, and deliver under fast-changing client demands.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading status meetings, communicating risks, setting expectations, and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across UX, design, development, content, strategy, QA, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Experience managing digital project releases and launches, including IAT/UAT coordination, defect triage, technical issue escalation, code freezes, and production deployment activities.
  • Experience supporting creative and content approval workflows, including brand, legal, copyright, privacy, and campaign compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, Claude, Granola, GitHub, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation, epics, tickets, timelines, status reports, and resource allocation tracking.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project management processes and incorporate AI-assisted collaboration and productivity tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing digital initiatives for major consumer packaged goods (CPG), beverage, retail, or other consumer-facing brands.
  • Experience delivering projects involving Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce product detail pages (PDPs), content management systems (CMS), and product-launch workflows.
  • Experience with Figma and NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with additional AI-assisted meeting documentation and productivity tools, such as Otter.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or comparable Agile/project management certification.
