Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Sequel Eclipse.
Deep understanding of Agency Management Systems (AMS).
Extensive insurance industry/domain experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of insurance agency operations and workflows.
Experience with insurance agency management platforms.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, system configuration, testing, and implementation.
Ability to translate complex insurance business requirements into technology solutions.
Strong understanding of insurance data, processes, and terminology.
Experience working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting P&C insurance environments.
Experience with commercial and/or personal lines insurance.
Knowledge of agency workflows including policy management, submissions, renewals, endorsements, certificates, claims, billing, commissions, and customer/account management.
Experience with AMS integrations and APIs.
Experience with data migration and system conversions.
Experience with AMS implementation, upgrades, or modernization projects.
Experience working with insurance carriers, brokers, agencies, or InsurTech organizations.
