Job description

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of formal Project Management experience.
  • Experience managing projects from initiation through closure.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience with MS Project and PMI/PMBOK standards.
  • Ability to manage vendors, resources, contracts, project deliverables, and escalations.
  • State government, regulatory, or public-sector experience is preferred.
  • PMP, CSM, or LSSBB certification preferred.
  • Graduate degree, MBA, MPH, or related qualification preferred.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a strong Level II Project Manager with experience in non-technology projects and/or core technology projects. Please prioritise candidates who can manage complex projects, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work onsite in Oklahoma City at least three days per week.
