The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers on overdue payments.
• Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to minimize aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
