The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, fostering their development and success through regular feedback and guidance.
• Handle complex customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform critical business decisions.
• Lead and execute special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
• Proven leadership potential and a collaborative spirit.
