Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in Security Architecture, cloud security, IAM, and enterprise risk management
  • Proficiency in IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, and enterprise access control architectures
  • Experience with SaaS security, cloud platforms, security controls, and vendor integrations
  • Experience in NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOX, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with Workday Security, Azure AD, SIEM, DLP, encryption, and vulnerability management
  • Strong communication skills leading security strategy across business, technical, and vendor teams
Responsibilities
  • Design enterprise security architecture covering infrastructure, applications, identity, and cloud platforms
  • Lead implementation of SSO, IAM, MFA, provisioning, and access governance solutions
  • Oversee security compliance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and control effectiveness reviews
  • Direct security testing, disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response initiatives
  • Establish security standards for integrations, data exchange, migrations, and SaaS operations
  • Drive security governance, stakeholder alignment, documentation, and go-live security readiness
