Job Title: Tax Specialist
Location: Ellicott City, MD (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on tax preparation experience and experience working with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. This is a tax preparation-focused role involving individual, trust, estate, partnership, corporate, and payroll tax returns. The ideal candidate will have strong tax knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of recent tax return preparation experience
  • CPA or EA is preferred
  • Tax review experience is not required — this is strictly a tax preparation role
  • Must have hands-on experience preparing:
  • 1040 – Individual Tax Returns
  • 1041 – Trust and Estate Income Tax Returns
  • 1065 – Partnership Tax Returns
  • 1120 – C-Corporation Tax Returns
  • 706 – Estate Tax Returns
  • Payroll Tax Returns
  • Experience working with and interacting with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
